Guaranteed response times. Whenever a customer places a supplies order, or in the unlikely event that they require a service technician to attend to their machine, their request is dealt with speedily and efficiently by our centralised Customer Services department on 0870 6060668. We are aware that in today's business environment our customers demand high quality, fast, efficient service. We guarantee a 5 or 9 hours service response (dependent upon model and postcode), and for deliveries either 2 or 3 working days (dependent upon postcode).

Compensation. Should we fail to meet our response times as detailed above we will pay you compensation!

Qualified Technicians. Our Service Technicians undergo extensive training and their performance is continually monitored to ensure that whenever they visit a machine they can locate and identify the fault and have the system up and running in the shortest possible time. Before leaving, the Technician will thoroughly clean and service your machine to ensure that the highest levels of hygiene and performance are maintained.

Accreditations. ISO 9001. Our Customer Service is backed by ISO9001 accreditation which ensures we achieve consistent results and are always looking to improve the performance of an already excellent service.

Because we are an AVA ("Automatic Vending Association") member you have the complete assurance that all our operating standards – from service and operating through to safety and hygiene – are in full accordancewith all statutory requirements.
