As a voluntary and community sector organisation,
Bloxwich Community Partnership (BCP), based in north

"It has now been a few weeks since the machine that supplies our hot drinks was changed to
the new model that is located within our showroom. I thought I would drop you a line to
express our thanks. The ascetics of the machine look good within our showroom and the
heat up time is far superior to the old machine. When we have people visit the showroom
we can actually switch the machine on and within seconds, it will produce a hot drink.
This is obviously due to the fact that it heats a smaller amount of water and only the water
that you require for a hot drink as opposed to heating a tank full. As we are an energy
efficiency company this can only be good and fits in well within the things we do.
The quality of drinks is of a high class and many of our customers comment on how good
they taste.
It is also good to have the added benefits of having the biodegradable cups and the fact
they are made of recyclable resources. This is something else we also point out to our
customers.
I am extremely grateful to you for sorting everything out with the suggested drinks we

"We have now had our Kafevend machine at our premises for nearly two months and I can honestly say that in
those two months everybody
from my initial meeting with Tiffany through to my contact with Jan in accounts have been very courteous and
very efficient.
Firstly, samples of each selection were made readily available making selection of our 5 drinks fairly
straightforward.
After agreeing a price rivalling our existing contract and selecting our drinks, we ordered. All of the drinks
arrived next day, ready for the machine delivery.
The machine arrived on the date that was arranged and an installation engineer installed on the following day.
The Kenco coffee is vastly superior to that of our previous supplier and with dried milk in the Tea it also
makes a great improvement, as testified by the tea drinkers.
The machine maintenance is very low, with on most days just a wipe with a cloth being sufficient.
Tiffany has kept in regular contact, making sure that everything from the quality of the coffee, the delivery of
the coffee and the running and maintenance of the machine are
all as expected.
I have also receive a full breakdown on the amount of coffee that we have consumed over the two
months, which enables us to budget each month much more accurately than
with our previous contract.
Overall I have been so impressed with the whole Kafevend set up that! have already recommended your
services to my wives company.."

Our recent discussions to resolve the issues regarding the level of drinks
we need, were, as usual, promptly and fairly dealt with.
The Klix Outlook has meant that we can offer our team a much wider
range of drinks. The Brita filter certainly makes a huge difference to the
taste of all the drinks, but particularly the cold ones. My only criticism
would be that the cold drink range has been reduced, my staff are often
asking for other options.
The Flavia Creations has been admired by many - the compact size of the
machine, as well as fast heating time, along with the huge selection of
drinks is a great selling point. The Wellbeing offer just makes it even
better. The fact that samples are available so you can "try before you
buy" is a great help in deciding what ranges to introduce. The new design
packaging has been well received.
The ordering on line does make my life easier. If I have any queries I
always am contacted immediately by the sales team.
Both machines have very few faults considering the use they get, and we
have never had a major defect leaving the machine out of action for a
great length of time. I have never had a problem with deliveries of drinks
either; they generally arrive within a few days of ordering.
You certainly are a company that deliver what you promise, which takes

"it is very rare that I put comments down on paper regarding how a product and or service provider has
conducted themselves when trying to acquire new business and how efficient the after safes service
actually is against the "pitch" given pre contract.
However in this instance I feel that a good business deserves good feedback.
In 2007 we undertook a restructuring of our company including the separation of our core business,
which included expanding into new premises.
It was at this time we looked into the vending machine market for drinks machines, four providers were
contacted for quotes including Kafevend.
Of the four contacted'
• 2 replied initially but even after further calls from ourselves chasing them, the contact
dissolved.
• 1 replied and arranged 5 meetings but failed to turn up for them all stating he was "mad busy.
• Kafevend, - within half an hour of initial contact a meeting was arranged by Stacy Gartland,
the appointment was kept, and a. few days later a full quote was received.
During the time from the initial contact to the actual installation of the machine
We were undecided as to whether vending machines were the way for us to go however Stacy was
tenacious with calls and occasionally dropping in. When we decided to say yes, a full schedule was
given from machine installation, drinks deliveries to engineers attendance, and all were on time and
professionally executed.
Stacy Gartland has maintained contact since installation (now 1 year), and has delivered everything
that was originally discussed, and is a credit to your company,
not only has she given us confidence in your company, she has also cemented herself in ours in the
respect that we will not consider any other provider in your product sector should we wish to improve,

"H R Owen Sports Cars is a multi-franchsed after sales site. H R Owen Plc has franchised

"I am writing to compliment Kafevend on the service we have received since beginning our journey with
you during 2004.
We as a business have continually expanded our training services in Wales and England since 2006 and
therefore have had the necessity to increase our vending machine provision to cope with our clients requirements.
During this time I have worked with Mr Daniel Rickman and have found his service to be second to none,
Daniel has always made time to present any new products that we have requested interest in, in an
informative and financially productive manner to ourselves. We feel that the products we have with
Kafevend are in the manner we have become accustomed to and as we deal with construction workers
these have to be well presented and robust in order to cope with the usage. These specifications have
always been presented to Daniel and we fee! that we have the best machines on the market to deal with our
environment.
The range that is offer via the machines meets the demands of our client group and we are very happy to
have a new sandwich machine that our "chef states compliments his existing menu. Our snack and can
machine have also made a great difference for "Joe Blogs" as some of our trainees just want something
quick, this has again enabled us to provide what is required for our clients.
We have over the years needed to change the volumes and equipment with Kafevend meeting the needs of
the business at varying times; this has never been too much trouble. Daniel has always given us the "best"
deal possible enabling us to continue successfully providing the facilities and still ensuring profitability.
